Founded in 2009, Beijing PERCENT Technology Group Co., Ltd.(abbreviated PERCENT Technology) is the leading provider of generic platforms for data science and data intelligence applications. Headquartered in Beijing, PERCENT Technology has 15 subsidiaries in Shanghai, Shenyang, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and other regions.
PERCENT Technology focuses on the innovation and implementation of data science theories and technologies. We follow the route of independent research and development, while attaching equal importance to the durability of basic technologies and industrial applications. We integrate domain knowledge to create two main categories of products: generic platforms for data science and data intelligence applications. All our lines of products support localization adaptation and innovative systems of information. All the core products have been certified by several authorities and institutions. PERCENT Technology owns over 500 intellectual property rights and has participated in the formulation of around 20 custom-made big data and artificial intelligence (AI) standards. Our core technology has won the Beijing Science and Technology Award four times.

We rank second in China's data governance solutions market and in the intelligent emergency big data and artificial intelligence solutions market (IDC data).
In terms of government services, PERCENT Technology is adept at building digital governance systems at national, provincial and municipal levels both abroad and domestically. This has great effect in improving the governance capacity and modernizing governance systems. Currently, we have served 16 ministries and their directly affiliated institutions such as the Ministry of Emergency Management, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Public Security, etc. We participated in the construction of the digital governments in over 80 provinces and cities, such as Guangdong, Guangxi, Hubei, Shandong, Xinjiang, Beijing, Hangzhou, Lijiang, Changzhou, etc.
In terms of enterprise-level services, PERCENT Technology has accumulated vast experience in the construction of data middle office and domain knowledge graphs. We provide solutions such as business analysis, asset decision-making, user insight and public opinion insight, so as to improve the digital operation capability and efficiency of enterprises. R&D Innovation
PERCENT Technology is recognized as a National High-Tech enterprise, Beijing Enterprise Science and Technology Research and Development organization, member of Big Data Working Group and Artificial Intelligence Sub-Committee of China National Information Technology Standardization Network, and member of Digital China Industry Alliance. It owns over 500 intellectual property rights, and its core products have been certified by many national authoritative organizations. PERCENT Technology has established Post-Doctoral Research Center upon the approval of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. It has undertaken a number of national key research and development programs, participated in the development of nearly 20 national standards and industry standards for big data and AI, making many leading R&D and innovation achievements in related fields. To promote the coordination among governments, industries, universities, research institutions, and clients, PERCENT Technology holds a strategic cooperation plan with the School of Government of Peking University, the National School of Development at Peking University, the People's Public Security University of China, the China National Environmental Monitoring Centre etc. to jointly carry out research and application practice.
